NextLabs® announces Control Center for Windows Server 2012 Dynamic Access Control
New solution allows companies to apply Dynamic Access Control across Windows Server and SharePoint to provide consistent control over sensitive data

San Mateo, CA (PRWEB) June12, 2012 -- NextLabs®, Inc., the leading provider of Information Risk Management software, today announced Control Center Dynamic Access Control (DAC) Edition, a specialized edition of their award winning Information Control Policy platform, that provides robust policy lifecycle management for Microsoft Central Access Policies and Windows Server 2012, and extends dynamic access control to other applications, including Microsoft SharePoint 2010.

Control Center DAC Edition includes robust Central Access Policy Lifecycle Management and the industry’s first DAC Bridge Server, which allows companies to apply Windows Server 2012 Central Access Policies to non-Windows workloads, including Microsoft SharePoint 2010. With Control Center DAC Edition, companies can govern enterprise policy management and extend the reach of DAC across enterprise applications to achieve consistent control over sensitive data across both Windows Server 2012 and Microsoft SharePoint.

“Windows Server 2012 includes notable innovations such as Windows Server 2012 Dynamic Access Control. We’re excited to see companies such as NextLabs, with its Control Center DAC Edition, build on Windows Server 2012 capabilities and demonstrate their products at the Microsoft Partner Pavilion at Microsoft TechEd in Orlando, FL this week,” said Nir Ben Zvi, Program Manager, Microsoft.

“NextLabs is very excited to be partnering with Microsoft on Dynamic Access Control. The Microsoft DAC solution and vision are consistent with our products and solutions, which are deployed at some of the largest enterprises across multiple industries. We are committed to extending DAC across enterprise applications, to allow companies to protect their most critical information.” said Keng Lim, CEO and Founder of NextLabs.

The Control Center DAC Edition and Support for Microsoft SharePoint 2010 will be generally available in October 2012. NextLabs plans to certify Control Center DAC Edition with additional NextLabs Information Risk Management products which support a number of document management, collaboration, email, and unified communication applications.
