About the Position:

The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a loosely structured organization, and be capable of working on a number of assignments in parallel
 

Responsibilities:.

  • Design and develop NextLabs Entitlement Management for SharePoint products and solutions.
  • Work closely with product managers and cross functional engineering teams to translate product requirements into high level and detail designs
  • Deliver best in class architecture and code using .Net C#, C/C++, Win32, COM and other Windows programming.
  • Work closely with QA to see development products through the completion of the software release process.
  • Resolve product issues arising from customers quickly.
  • Take the lead on enhancing the performance and scalability of the solution.
  • Actively improve products, processes, and the company by playing an active role on the NextLabs team.

 

Requirements:
  • BE/BS degree in computer science or computer engineering with good academic results
  • 3 years solid experience in.Net C# or C/C++ on Windows
  • 1+ years development experience with COM
  • Experience in programming for multi-threaded environment and synchronization issues
  • Strong Object-oriented analysis and design skills
  • Experience developing Web parts or Customizing SharePoint Portal or WSS, familiarity with a variety of Content Management Systems is a plus
  • Expertise in SharePoint architecture, deployment and administration is a plus
  • Building applications encompassing user management, authentication, and access control; knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory/Radius is a plus
  • Self-starting and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Passionate, proactive, great team player
