Senior UX (User Experience) Designer

Location: San Mateo, CA or Boston, MA

About the Position:

The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for delivering an intuitive, simple, and delightful user experience for all NextLabs products.  We are changing the way that companies collaborate around their most sensitive intellectual property data by automating the drudgery of security and compliance for our marketing leading customers.  Our vision is to make sharing high-value technical information easy, safe and secure.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with product managers and engineers to design user interaction for new products and features.
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes which enable user testing and design communication.
  • Ensure consistent design across NextLabs products.
  • Work with Engineering and UI Designers to ensure consistent implementation.
  • Manage discussions with key stakeholders and executives to set UX design standards.
  • Work with engineering to ensure on-time, high-quality product releases 
 
 
Required skills and background: 
  • 5+ years in a user experience role in an enterprise software company.
  • UI Visual Design and HTML/CSS Development experience a strong plus.
  • Experience working in a global Agile product development model.
