Arnold Silverman

Arnold Silverman is a former CEO, who has spent his career building transformative companies. As the CEO of ICOT Corporation, he engineered the company’s turn-around, acquisition of Amati Communications, and ultimately the strategic sale to Texas Instruments. During his distinguished career, Arnold has been a founding board member of highly successful companies, including Oracle, Informatica, and Business Objects.

In 1995, he founded Discovery Ventures, a venture capital firm with notable investments in Informatica, Kiva Software, Epiphany, and TimeTen Performance Software. Arnold joined the UC Berkeley Foundation board in 2004 and is currently the Finance Committee chair.

Kirk Bowman

Kirk Bowman joined Accel Partners as a venture partner in 2011.  He has served on many boards including Atlassian, Sookasa, Couchbase, Nimble Storage, and ClusterHQ. Prior to joining Accel, he was the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at EqualLogic and also held execute sales and general management positions at category-defining companies including VMware, Inktomi, Model N, Object Design, and Parametric Technology Corporation.  Kirk is also a lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Alex Estevez

Alex Estevez is a venture partner at Accel Partners. He is on the advisory boards of BetterCloud, Grovo, Pindrop, and FullStory. Previously, Alex served as the CFO at Atlassian and BigFix, which was acquired by IBM. He also served as President and CFO of Datastream. Alex, launched his career in the investment banking group of Raymond James. Alex attended Harvard University for his undergraduate degree and went on to earn an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
