NextLabs® Granted Three Additional Patents in Data-Centric Security by the USPTO 

Patents Awarded for Policy-Driven Controls to Safeguard Data in Applications and Protect Data in Documents through Centralized Policies and Encryption 

 

SAN MATEO, Calif. — November 22, 2021 — NextLabs, a leading provider of data-centric security software to protect business critical data and applications announced that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has granted three additional patents (patent nos. 11,042,955; 11,057,355; and 11,132,459) to the company. The patents were granted for enhancing capabilities of the policy-based authorization platform to automate the enforcement of business and security policies consistently across the enterprise to protect data and make information sharing more secure.

The US Patent Office granted the following patents to NextLabs: 

  • Using Centrally Managed Policy to Control Display Content of a Graphical User Interface (11,042,955) 
  • Protecting Documents Using Policies and Encryption (11,057,355) 
  • Protecting Documents with Centralized and Discretionary Policies (11,132,459)
