From the future of the cloud to the state of AI to Product Lifecycle Management (and everything in-between), Siemens Realize LIVE brings together thought leaders, solution experts, and innovators across industries. It’s an opportunity to gain practical insights, see Siemens software in action, and connect with the broader user community.
NextLabs has been proud to be part of the program over the years, sharing our expertise in Zero Trust Data-Centric Security to help organizations protect their Siemens ecosystems and beyond. Scroll down to explore highlight from 2025 and stay tuned for what is ahead in 2026.
NextLabs collaborates with Siemens to provide an end-to-end solution to protect sensitive PLM data throughout the Teamcenter ecosystem. Our Digital Rights Management (DRM) solution provides out-of-the-box integration with Teamcenter, CAD tools, and JT2Go to enhance secure information sharing within and outside of Teamcenter. Siemens resells Teamcenter DRM which is developed based on NextLabs SkyDRM.
Looking Ahead to 2026
The next Siemens Realize LIVE Americas is scheduled for June 1–4, 2026, in Detroit, Michigan, and Siemens Realize LIVE Europe will take place June 29 – July 1, 2026, in Amsterdam. 2025 Highlights
Our Participation at Siemens Realize LIVE Americas and Europe 2025
In 2025, NextLabs proudly participated in both Siemens Realize LIVE Americas (June 2-5, Detroit) and Siemens Realize LIVE Europe (June 30 – July 2, Amsterdam). These events brought together thought leaders, innovators, and the broader Siemens community to explore everything from the future of the cloud to the state of AI and Product Lifecycle Management.
At Americas, we showcased our solutions at booth #200, demonstrating how Zero Trust Data-Centric Security enhances protection across the Siemens ecosystem (and beyond), providing persistent file protection and simplifying compliance.
At Europe, the NextLabs team joined the event to discuss strategies for protecting intellectual property from unauthorized access by utilizing Zero Trust Data Security solutions.

Ensuring Compliance with Export Restrictions on Data in Teamcenter
Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025 at 2:00 PM
Speaker sessions offer an excellent chance to deepen your knowledge. Learn from our customer, GE Power Conversion, who shared how they ensured compliance with export restrictions on data in Teamcenter.
GE Power Conversion utilizes Siemens Teamcenter with NX and VIS to manage data for mechanical and 3D model projects with military export restrictions. Assembly model projects require cross-border collaboration, with three or more countries that all have their own data export restrictions. Examples of these military export restrictions include ITAR in the United States and Dual-Use requirements in the EU. In this session, GE Power Conversion shared:
- The importance of compliance with military export requirements when working with teams that span national borders.
- The importance of protecting data through attribute-based policies so that the same policies can be applied to different combinations of users, data, and environments.
- The importance of centrally logging and monitoring of any access to controlled data for audit and compliance purposes.

Protecting 3D Design and Assembly Files to Enable Secure Supply Chain
Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025 at 4:30 PM
Room: E107
Our Engineering Manager, Chen Wei Low, and Pre-Sales Director, Nicolas Simon discussed strategies for protecting intellectual property from unauthorized access by utilizing Zero Trust Data Security solutions during the speaker session.
As a mechanical designer, protecting your designs from unauthorized access, copying, or modification is essential to maintain their uniqueness and value. Traditional methods like patents and legal actions can be time-consuming and resource intensive. Instead, implementing automated Zero Trust Data Security controls offers significant advantages by reducing the risk of unauthorized access and leaks. This preventive approach ensures your work remains confidential in a digital environment.
Key Takeaways:
- Understand key risk in sharing 3D files within the supply chain
- Learn how to mitigate data leakage and enforce security
- Discover methods for complying with industry regulations such as CMMC while securing sensitive CAD files
